Quality & Traceability

Documented quality — at every stage.

Our quality management follows the IFS, GMP+, and HACCP standards. Every batch is uniquely identifiable, fully traceable, and verifiable via retained samples at any time.

Our Production Process

Four defined stages with critical control points (CCPs) and documented release approvals.

Step 1

Goods Receipt

Sensory and analytical incoming inspection, mycotoxin screening, and batch-level release approval.

Step 2

Drying

Gentle low-temperature drying with continuous process monitoring (CCP).

Step 3

Packaging

Metal detection, weight control, batch coding, and packaging under cleanroom conditions.

Step 4

Dispatch

Cold-chain and temperature logging, complete delivery documentation, and shipment tracking.

Quality Management Pillars

Sample Archiving

Retained samples from every production batch are stored under temperature-controlled conditions for at least 24 months and remain retrievable at any time.

Batch Traceability

Using the batch number we can reconstruct the complete chain — from raw material supplier to delivery — in under 4 hours.

Supplier Audits

All raw material suppliers are approved and audited on a risk-based schedule. Specifications are contractually binding.

Allergen Management

Defined production sequences, documented cleaning validation, and allergen swabs prevent cross-contamination.

Certificates & Documents

Current certificates and a sample product specification available for download.
